Return And Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Global Islamic Publications! We value our customer satisfaction. If you aren’t satisfied with a purchase, we are here to help.

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in the case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in the case of Pay on Delivery orders) within 3-4 days.
• You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. After this duration, any returns or exchanges will
  not be accepted.
• The receipt or proof of purchase is required to return/exchange an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return his item. However, if the damage is caused during shipping, then
  the company shall pay for its costs.
• The customer is required to make a video (without any pauses or cuts) while opening the parcel. It will be used as proof to address issues such as damages, missing items, wrong items delivered, etc. Also, the customer is required not to open any damaged package.
• The items not eligible for return are marked separately.
